My greatest athletic achievements this year are cycling up Mont Ventoux for my 50th and finally being able to do half sits! All thanks to Barnaby's training plans and 121 sessions.

"Barnaby is an excellent coach. He put a weekly training plan together to prepare me for my first triathlon in Blenheim which I finished comfortably and within the time I was hoping for! As a busy dad to two boys, he's aware of how "real life" can sometimes get in the way of training - he was never critical when I (occasionally!) missed a session and was full of encouragement when I provided feedback on the week's sessions. He is very responsive and is a fount of knowledge when it comes to training and nutrition, having undertaken a crazy number of events! However, you don't need to be a hardcore athlete to benefit from his services: before training with Barnaby, I'd never even tried a Park Run. I would recommend Barnaby to anyone who's looking to increase their fitness; he's highly motivational and has a wealth of experience to share.
In particular, Barnaby helped me to master open-water swimming, providing me with hints and tips before swimming alongside me during my first swim at a local open-water venue - very useful when I started to panic about my breathing, at which point Barnaby assured me that I was fine, given how much I was talking!
