As an England Athletics qualified coach, I take your running goals seriously, whether you’re just starting out on your first mile or wanting to achieve a personal best from 5k to marathon or as the run leg of a triathlon. I understand that setting performance targets can help create motivation and satisfaction that not only helps you hit your targets but helps keep your mind healthy too. Motivation can be challenging to achieve on your own, and my goal is to help you overcome those hurdles. I can analyse your running form so we can work together on your technique. I will give you a comprehensive training plan to achieve your targets and beyond.

Open water swimming can be a daunting prospect for many, I can teach you to love it! If you’re just starting out, I can coach you to give you the confidence to enjoy the open water. I can help you improve your performance with a personal plan. For triathletes who want to strengthen their swim discipline to those who just want improve their swimming technique and stamina.
